Easily the very worst customer service I’ve ever experienced at a dealership. If our car didn’t break down in the Area and Was forced to go there, I wouldn’t have. We were 300 miles from home with a broken oil pressure valve and a 90 year old great grandmother with dementia needing our care. They took four days to even look at it, even knowing our situation. I see why this dealer is rated so low, customer service here is a joke, store is full of condescending employees. I’d recommend going anywhere else for service or purchase.
Friendly staff in service department. The price increases has me no longer using them for my car
I had an appt with the service dept. They were quick and very friendly. Justin Beal helped us and he was great.
They're excellent! They always take great care of us. Super grateful for their hardwork!
