Everyone at the shop from the woman who answered the phone, to the nice gentleman who came out and explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood after the inspection were an absolute pleasure. I brought my car here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. Trustworthy, honest, thorough and so genuinely friendly. 10/10 recommend.
Discovered a flat tire on our Mazda CX-50 one morning this week. State Farm roadside assistance came and put the spare on and then I called Medford Village. They let me drop off the flat tire, and they called me 30 minutes later to let me know it was repaired! I came back and they swapped the spare for the repaired tire in another 30 minutes! Amazing, fast service by a team of great professionals! We have been using them since we moved from MA to NJ 2 years ago and we are impressed!
Kenny and the crew are the best!! They've nursed all of my cars over many years and I know that they'll be honest and do what's right. Always friendly and willing to the extra mile- they've seen me at odd times and even done house calls when I was in a jam. Cars are definitely not my thing, but I know I'm in the best hands with this crew. Family owned and super friendly, I HIGHLY recommend. Keep up the great work!!
