I and my family have been using MVCC for almost 40 years. Kenny Sr has been nothing but phenomenal when taking care of my cars and trucks. Amazing at old school diagnostics. Wayne (now retired) was my go to guy and Kenny Jr is following in dads footsteps. Miss Penny (miss ya) always made me smile and was pleasant. Now Michelle has filled her void. Michelle is great. Wonderful customer service. Fixed the alternator and battery, good customer service However…. In the process broke the ignition cylinder, said the radiator was leaking when another shop said they left it unplugged, waited till we brought the car back to mention they saw a leak while fixing it.
They put a pipes exhaust system cat back on my truck charged me 3 grand And told me the exhaust system was like $1800. It turns out that the exhaust system. Was only $573 They rip people off big time and They also crushed the universal bearing that goes in the driveshaft with a vice to get it in in there when I told them about the issue they told me they don’t remember working on my truck
Everyone at the shop from the woman who answered the phone, to the nice gentleman who came out and explained everything to me in detail and made sure I understood after the inspection were an absolute pleasure. I brought my car here for a second opinion and I’m so glad I did. Trustworthy, honest, thorough and so genuinely friendly. 10/10 recommend.
Discovered a flat tire on our Mazda CX-50 one morning this week. State Farm roadside assistance came and put the spare on and then I called Medford Village. They let me drop off the flat tire, and they called me 30 minutes later to let me know it was repaired! I came back and they swapped the spare for the repaired tire in another 30 minutes! Amazing, fast service by a team of great professionals! We have been using them since we moved from MA to NJ 2 years ago and we are impressed!
