I recently had a great experience with Medford Pharmacy. Owner and head pharmacist Rich is who makes all the difference. He actually cares about the people who come to his store and he made me feel seen. I was dealing with a super minor issue, but he treated me with importance. Now I tell everyone - why would you go to CVS? Medford Pharmacy is the only one worth visiting! Thanks Rich for being a great pharmacist and business owner.
