Dr. Jiang provided me excellent periodontic care! He did a great job explaining his diagnosis and procedure, and he successfully alleviated my gum pain. The office staff is very friendly and professional - in particular, the insurance coordinator did a great job explaining my insurance coverage, options and total costs before I elected to have the procedure, which I really appreciated.
Dr. Jiang is extremely thorough and knowledgeable. I had a very complicated situation and he handled it with precision and care. My experience at this practice has been exceptional and I will continue to go back regularly for all of my periodontal needs. Highly recommend him and his practice.
I visited Dr. D. Jiang to check on a loose dental implant. After a series of visits for X-rays and gum surgery, I was told the crown was loose, but the implant was fine. A second opinion from a prosthodontist revealed that Dr. Jiang's diagnosis was incorrect. The implant was, in fact, loose, and the only required fix was tightening an internal screw. The expensive procedures I underwent were unnecessary and did not solve my original problem. I cannot recommend this practice for implant care.
Dr Jiang is a skilled periodontist. I feel I'm in good hands whenever I'm under treatment. He always take good care of his patients too.
I highly recommend Medford Periodontics. The staff is professional and friendly, and appointments are easy to schedule. Dr. Jiang is a highly-skilled Periodontist who takes great pride in his work and uses the most up-to-date surgical techniques. Over the past few years I have had a few gum graft surgeries performed by Dr. Jiang, some using my own tissue and one using donor tissue, and they all went very smoothly from surgery to healing.
