I have an Infraction that got broken.I sent it in for repair.I was worried that it would take months and or they would nickel and dime me to death over the repairs because I bought the knife second hand. Neither was true.Repair was fast and free and communication was excellent throughout .And the knife is in better condition than it was when I bought it! A pleasure. Thank you.

I bought a USMC Fighter knife and reached out via their online contact form with a question regarding the knife's authenticity. I didn't get a response. When you are spending this kind of money on a premium tool, you expect a baseline level of communication and support. To have an inquiry completely ignored is incredibly disappointing and speaks volumes about how they treat their customers post-purchase.
