Medford ford service department is terrible. Brought my truck in 4 times for a check engine light. The first time I got it back after a 600.00 bill it ran terrible and the check engine light cam back on within a week. Brought it back and paid another 300 because they said it was something totally different and it still ran terrible. Brought it back again and they had it 3 days and said there was nothing wrong but they were not going to charge me. Wow thanks, the truck still runs terrible. They had the car I wanted in stock. Salesman was great.
