Five star fitness experience! Not as large in comparison to a lot of gyms but nevertheless still great. I really was impressed with the way the staff was very pleasant from the young man at the cafe to the front desk. The center offers a variety of classes too with very experienced and nice teachers. Medford Fitness had me from hello! I literally walked into the main office and was immediately greeted with a big smile. I came to find out that big smile was the GM Jennifer! The old saying first impressions last forever was loud and clear for me. I knew immediately that I was comfortable at Medford Fitness.
