Advertised half price full year gym membership , been getting charged the full price monthly when I wanted to pay the full year. Talked to someone who said come in tomorrow & someone can help you. Came in , they said they’d send an email to Jen. It’s now been 2 weeks no response & my cards still being charged. I’ve spoken with other members who signed up at the same time & also are being charged the full price despite we all signed up because it was advertised half price full year gym membership.
