The staff at DEQ are always efficient, professional, and helpful. The process is consistently quick and easy, which I really appreciate. That said, it’s frustrating and frankly ridiculous that only certain Oregonians are required to go through this process while others are not.

If I could rate 0 stars I would Absolutely disgusting customer service. This was, without a doubt, one of the worst experiences we’ve ever had. The staff treated my mom with blatant disrespect and made her feel like she didn’t belong. The way they spoke to her was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. no one should ever have to experience that.
