Was SOOOOO hesitant on buying a vehicle from a dealer, but this was the greatest experience I've had !!! They weren't pushy or snobbish at all !! They listened to what I was looking for and very understanding in trying find what I wanted n could afford!! They stand behind their vehicles and are very very personable n easy to talk to !! It was a very pleasant car-buying experience dealing with Luke Peterson at Medford Chrysler Center. I didn't feel at all pressured and he was most helpful in explaining features on the vehicle that was of interest to me. After the sale, he patiently went through the features and reassured me I could call him or stop in if I had any concerns. Wonderful small town service!
I was referred to Luke who worked with a family member of mine. He made the experience very easy in purchasing a used vehicle. Will be doing any service work here with their pick up/drop off in town. Told him I will see him on my next vehicle upgrade! Thanks!!
