Everything I went to pick up a script, DRAMA!! Never again
I have been a customer for 7 year it has gotten impossible to renew my medicine contact them no matter what. It has gotten worse. I’ve been calling sine the 15th leaving messages with no response. I need my medicine. Now on the 26 I’m faxing a letter let’s see what happpens. This should not be happening. You are short staffed for the amount of business you have please do something about it im not the only one complaining thank you
I've never dealt with a pharmacy like Medford chemist , my days of dealing with the giant mega pharmacies are over, it's a shame that the mom and pops pharmacies are being fazed out, thank you for your professional service.
