The team was super helpful when we were passing through town. We started having some brake issues in the middle of a 10+ hour trip and stopped in to see if they had any time to take a look. Stephanie was very helpful and was able to work us in. In less that 10 minutes, I was talking to the mechanic and they had the car in the air. They were super thorough, and when they could not find any problems with the brakes, started looking at what else might have been causing the issue. We were in and out in a little over an hour. The large woman behind rhe counter is very irritable and will make you wish you had just gone somewhere else
I was set back on how when i called in i was put on hold for a very long time and told to go to a tire shop. I was less than impressed. I took my truck to another shop down the road and found out i had a carrier bearing that went bad and required replacing. Was done the same day as well as tires and shocks. Would recommend better communication with customers and better customer service.
