I was really sick in needed to come in to see Dr. Kotwal . I had been trying to call in doing normal business hours so I can set an appointment but every time I call there is no answer. I knew my appointment was for today so when I got into the office today I tried calling while I was there the phone was ringing on my side but the young ladies up front phones was ringing but very very low.
