So sad some of the receptionists have no business working with people in the front, they have no people skills at this location.
The customer service that Mayra gave my mother was unacceptable. You treat your elders like crap and you are very unprofessional. Work on your customer service and especially and your attitude towards your patients or if not don’t work there!
Dr. Padia has been my primary care provider for years and she is absolutely the best. She is incredibly intelligent, patient and kind. I almost wanted to gatekeep her lol but have since recommended her to other friends and family who felt the same.
Dr. Linares-Cano & assisting medical staff including Crystal were not too bad. Joseph Ponce at the front desk was an unprofessional, stressful headache & waste of time, money, & energy. Both prescriptions due for renewal were sent in wrong without communicating. One "as needed" prescription was sent in at half quantity so I have to come back twice as often. The other was sent in at 1/5 strength. The pharmacy gave me the correct medication the following day, but who is going to give me my refund for picking up the wrong presc... read more
