Terrible process to get appointments. They are rarely at the front desk when patients arrive. They use an online Check in form but they don’t even check it. Sat in the office for over an hour just to be told we would have to reschedule because we didn’t check in. Do not recommend.

I TOOK MY DAD ALEJANDRO TO SEE Dr. GREGORY COLON HIS NOW NEW PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIAN. HE REALLY LIKED HIM .SO I GUESS WILL BE SEEING HIM FOR MY DAD NOW ALSO. HE APPRECIATED HIS FRIENDLINESS, HIS CLEAN FACILITY, HIS ORANIZED AND HELPFUL STAFF. AND HIS ADVICE ON HIS PAIN ISSUES. THANKS Dr. COLON YOUR GREAT!!

wish i could give zero stars. these people never answer the phone. they didn’t send a prescription renewal, despite requesting one days prior, and on the day we ran out of the medication the pharmacy denied it. we called for an hour straight on three different phones as well as the pharmacy calling them, and they not once answered or called back. this is negligence, and just flat out rude. pick up the damn phone or someone is going to pass away from withdrawals. drove an hour away to the pharmacy just for them to deny it bec... read more

I went online and scheduled an appointment with MedFirst Stagecoach Trail through the “new patient” selection five days in advance of the appointment time, a few minutes later I received both an email and a text confirmation. Called the office the next day to confirm they saw my appointment on their end to be extra safe because I know technology can be tricky sometimes. My wife and I walked into this place after being told they take our insurance. We waited 20 minutes while my wife was in obvious pain just to be told they don’t take our insurance by a rude woman in the office. We had the insurance company reach out 3 times to talk to a manager and they hung up twice and told the insurance that they don’t know what they are talking about. These people are very unprofessional and I would advise everyone to steer clear of this ridiculous place.
