I have had exceptional service & care from everyone on their team. I have now seen both physicians and am so happy I made the switch to these drs and this practice. Both drs are great!! I have had no trouble at all planning, scheduling, or even canceling appointments. Wait time at each appointment has been little to none. Bryan Crow is a Keeper, along with my current care team members who enable easy Patient Engagement through the accessible Athena portal. Mr. Crow is pro-active, definitely does not practice the emergent Physician Learned Helplessnesss Model (defined by NIH) prevalent in pre-diabetis control and geriatric medicine, now challenged with exponential increase in Healthier Geriatric and Declining Pediatric health. Bryan Crow has an inquiring mind.
Horrible experience with this office. Their customer service and bed side manners are the worst. Will be taking my needs elsewhere.
