My nurse is amazing!! Front desk staff however can be rude and short. It’s not what you want to experience anywhere much less a medical facility
Not friendly for New patient. I didn’t see the doctor. So this one star is for bad appointments management. I booked an appointment on zocdoc and got confirmed. I received a call to be told there was no appointment for new patient until June. So I canceled appointment and get back to zocdoc to get a new one. And I see there are a lot of appointments available for new patient on April. It stated accept new patient. I got so confused so I called back.
