I overheard my mother make an appointment with a front desk worker named Grace. She was very rude and unprofessional during the scheduling process. Please, if you’re going to work in this kind of field, work on how you present yourself to customers and patients as you’re often the first one they come in contact with. Doctor colon is great, whats not so great is the systems they have in place or the people answering the phones. I would say that 80% of the time that I try to call the office, I cant get through to them and I get sent to an answering service that is completely useless. They tell me I can leave a message or call back. Theres no way to wait on hold to talk to the office for more than a couple minutes.
