Doctor colon is great, whats not so great is the systems they have in place or the people answering the phones. I would say that 80% of the time that I try to call the office, I cant get through to them and I get sent to an answering service that is completely useless. They tell me I can leave a message or call back. Theres no way to wait on hold to talk to the office for more than a couple minutes.
