I called ahead to see if my insurance was accepted and Miss Jennifer answered the phone. She was very sweet and polite. When I was being signed in the front desk receptionist was kind of off putting and I couldn't hear her because of the masks.I was helped by her very little as she watched me struggle to the front. I saw her help another woman by taking her Identity cards to her but she couldn't have bothered to assist me. She wasn't personable or friendly really. But probably because she was busy.
