I enjoy going here, been a patient for 10 years

Have tried a few times unsuccessfully this week and last week to get my husband enrolled as a new patient after his doctor at a separate BHS clinic left the practice. We have followed the automated system multiple times and have not gotten a call back. If you’re trying to get seen in a timely manner, look elsewhere.
The new med first answering system is very bothersome. There is no way to actually wait and reach a person and no explanation as to how long it may take for them to call you back.
From the front desk to the answering service, everyone has been kind and professional. Dr. M Jirka has been an outstanding Physician. I have been under her care for over 10 years. NP, Ramni(probably misspelling her name) also has been great with me. They both go the extra mile for me when it comes to my health. I 100% recommend this office.
