We’ve been patients of Dr. King for several years. He is by far the best Dr. We’ve ever had. On the other hand, Med First could use an overhaul! As a patient, you can’t speak to anyone in the office your Dr. Is at! it’s all corporate so you to go thru an answering service or patient portal. Either way and after multiple attempts, no response. I drove across town to the office just to get a prescription filled for my wife who is out of town because her mother had been ill and recently passed away. She had tried many times to ... read more
Complete lack of professionalism from the front office staff. Attitude during a stressful time is not welcomed, and that the staff lacks emotional intelligence or the capacity to understand that is just shameful. I would hate for an elderly person to experience what I have.
Impossible to get a hold of. Literally left a message with answering service every day for a week several times during business hour & never get a call back from anyone. Sent a message through the patient portal, nothing. After they messed up my referrals and now my health is in jeopardy because they’re too lazy to answer and fix it. Terrible.
