Sheer delight to visit a "store" where the products are on display and the staff is helpful, cheerful and available. Pabel was responsive, helpful, reliable and informative. The entire place is simply first class. We went looking for a portable travel wheelchair and found it here in Elmwood Park. Will definitely be back to Medfirst Homecare. I highly recommend this establishment.
I've dealt with the owner of this company, and you will not find a better experience of customer service. He is genuinely interested in doing an excellent job, saving the customer money, and providing his wealth of experience to advise, not pressure, his customers into making the best choices for the best result. Highly recommend them when there is a need for medical equipment. Otherwise it can be a very bewildering experience!
