I have been going here for 16 years, first with a doctor that went somewhere else and then my nurse practitioner, and they are excellent primary care physicians. I have been very unhappy with the people at the front desk for a long time but I just let it go because I liked my PCP. Lately it has been getting worse with how they treat not only me but I also hear how they treat other people. Depending on the situation they can be very rude and disrespectful to certain people. I see Dr. Ormeno and I love this office! I’ve had hiccups with insurance and Sarah at the front desk is always super helpful and understanding. Dr. Ormeno is also very understanding and makes you feel comfortable during your appointment.
