My experience with Dr. Kling and this clinic was extremely disappointing due to their new rigid policies and a complete lack of patient consideration. I arrived a few minutes past my scheduled appointment time. I was seated in the office for an additional 10 minutes waiting to be taken in. Once the next patient arrived I was immediately informed that Dr. Kling would not see me now.
