Great service. Got me in and out, kind nurse and doctor.
Save yourself the annoyance and if at all possible find another urgent care! The communication and dissemination of information is horrible. The doctor who came in after I had taken my rapid COVID test was rude. I had already been seen, taken the test and was waiting for results. He comes in and says he needs me to get up on the table and asks what I’m here for. I’m thinking he’s entered the wrong room bc I’m already waiting for results. My husband and I have been here many times over the years living in williamsburg when we haven't been able to see our PCP. We've always been very happy with everything about our care here and never once left feeling like we wished they would have done more.
Waited an hour for my friend to do a drug test for work, left because no one would let us inside
Friendly, professional, fast and efficient. Wonderful staff, wonderful nurses, wonderful doctors. This crew is great!
