I had the greatest experience I could have had here for what was a tough situation. I was an hour away from home when I slammed my thumb in the car door. One look and I knew I needed stitches…. And I was with my one year-old daughter and in a town I am totally unfamiliar with. After a panicked google search this was the only urgent care open in the area that I was visiting. Would give negative if possible. Got covid test here for work and they billed my insurance as an annual physical. Big scam.

I call for questions and I get a rude woman who just says what she has to say ignores my concerns and questions with complete disregard for someone well being, I hope this review finds you well because this med express is probably the worst customer service I have ever experienced especially during a pandemic you would think there would be more kindness
