Went in this morning for 3 different things and they only helped me with one if that... went in for strep throat or a sinus infection could’ve been both. They only did a strep test... I definitely feel like I have an ear infection and they didn’t tell me anything regarding my ears as I had asked or anything to help with my congestion.. they told me to take allergies meds as I have been for the past 5 days and they haven’t helped at all.. told me the doctor would be in, in about 10 min and I was waiting in the room for an hou... read more
Called right at 8 AM like the service representative told me to, to schedule a covid test. Ended up waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes, only to get hung up on. This place is a joke. What a waste of time.
Expedient service and compassionate care. Love this place and the staff 10/10
Have probably called about 30 times this morning trying to get through to schedule a COVID test and it’s busy. It doesn’t even put you on hold or try to connect you to anyone. Very disappointing as I had called yesterday and they said I needed to call at 8am to get scheduled for today. It cycles through but I can never get connected to anyone.
Absolutely useless and ineffective scheduling and registration process for covid-19 testing. I came to this location at 9 am. Finally got through after about 20 minutes of dialing the posted phone number, only to be told that they are completely booked for the day. So much for 'no appointment'. Don't waste your time, find a different testing service.
