Waited 2 hours for a strep swab even though they knew I was coming and said they could have me done in about 30. Told me I'd be notified 10 days prior to them charging me. Woke up to a negative balance in my account because they decided to charge me $176 without any sort of warning, even though my insurance should've covered the visit. So did they just not bill my insurance? No clue, can't get ahold of anyone to ask. I've called multiple times and it just rings and rings and rings with no answer.

My adult daughter went here on Saturday and had a terrible experience. The nurse (or person who took her back to a very small room and took her vitals) did NOT WEAR A MASK! What are they trying to do-- spread Covid? Finally she asked him to put his mask on, and he did-- but we know Covid germs can last for hours in the air. Is it really up to the patients to ask their medical caregivers to follow basic medical precautions? Called they answered hung up on me. So I go in then a turn me around tell me I need to call that a 1/2 to call after explain to them how many times I've called and they answered and hung up on me they were rude unprofessional very unprofessional was here about to to half years ago completely different staff very professional unlike today's staff here very unprofessional now they should get back all the employees they had 3 years ago

I was suffering from Fluid on both ears which usually isn't too big of a deal and takes care of itself but I'm from out of town and have a flight to catch the following day. I called and explained to the receptionest my potential issue with flying under these conditions. She checked with the doctor that they would be able to treat me and they did. Quick, courteous, professional. Very happy with their promptness and service. Will definitely be back the next time I need a doctor :)
