Staff did not understand how to use BCBSM insurance, and never attempted to send my bill to insurance. Doctor was right out of med school, and could not give reasoning for my shoulder pain. After rapid testing (5 mins) of weak pressure to afflicted area, I was told I needed a specialist because they didn't know what was going on. Yet still tried to collect the full amount for service that provided no result, without sending bill to insurance.
Horrible. I waited three hours for them to say they couldn’t do anything. Like, I get that you don’t do certain things, but I called to check in, told them I had an ingrown nail, waited to 1.5 hours in the parking lot, and got inside where I again answered the same questions, told them I had an ingrown nail(which the nurse/tech saw), and waited another hour and a half for the doctor to come in and say they “can’t treat that here”.
