This the first time I ever give a low rating, as a medical professional myself, the experience I had was a complete joke. 1st I had a appointment at 1:40 PM, came in a 1:15 didn't to Register until 2pm, the front end personal was more interesting of having a none related conversation of checking patients in. In addition they didn't know how to de-escalate patients confrontation, they having a issues with a patient and both of was lost to the oblivion. End up leaving due to system crash.

Sat outside for a hour on hold and watched 2-3 people pull up after me being here a half hour or so and go in and out being seen. Along with the wait I was never asked about the issue before hand and they had me sit outside the facility with a head injury due to no one allowing me to explain the issue upfront. Call ahead if you’re gonna come the wait is ridiculous for an urgent care facility.
