The only part that I became frustrated with was the registration process. There was no one in the registration office so I signed in and then went to my cell phone to finish the process but some sections I did not understand so I would have to start over three times. I finally got to the insurance screen and got kicked out of the site again . There was no one around to ask if the information I entered was in their system. Horrible experience for my wife. She was told to sign in at the kiosk. No receptionist was available and after waiting what seemed like an eternity and no acknowledgment that anyone was working there my wife walked out. NEVER TO RETURN TO THIS DISGUSTING PLACE AGAIN. I WILL MAKE SURE I LET ALL OF MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS NO HOW HORRIBLE OF AN EXPERIENCE IT WAS AND THAT THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE CONSIDERED AN OPTION.
I had to take a trip to urgent care today. The service was fast, with very little wait time. The women who waited on me was very professional. They had positive attitudes and thats so appreciated when you already don't feel well. Highly recommend this place.
