Newest Medi-Center in Wall. Centrally located and I am interested if they will provide the pharmacy services at this location, as well. Great looking space!
I could not believe a doctor would turn away a concerned mother and child. I went to this location around dinner time Saturday night with my almost 1 year old. There were zero patients in the building. I asked to simply test him for the flu. They turned me away because they didn’t want to treat someone his age. The front desk was so kind you could see how bad she felt the doctor turned me away. However, I would never recommend this facility to a family member or friend. I’ve been here a few times for myself, my son and mother. Every time the front staff is terrible. The same today. They need extensive customer service training and to learn how to speak to people kindly and professionally.
I helped rescue a kitten, who bit me in the process. I went to MedExpress for the first time and was very impressed with the way everything was handled. The front desk was very helpful and friendly and I didn't have to wait too long. The Doctor was great and very knowledgeable and the Medical Assistant/PA/Nurse was delightful. Would gladly go back here, but hopefully won't have to.
More concerned about what coverage you have an about the injury...screw them
