The staff is very pleasant and welcoming. They took my healthcare seriously and did what was necessary to address my illness. The nurses were professional and Dr. Neely is a top notch physician. It was an an overall positive experience.
Nurse Missy, PA Sarah were very professional and I was taken back to the exam room, as soon as I arrived. Was pleased with overall experience!
Try to get some lab results from these folks. No way to speak to a human and the system is down!!! Tuff!!! Just wait - hey if you force people not to talk to humans - make sure your systems you have in place work!!!
Paid $200 to wait over an hour for the doctor to keep saying "I don't know what's wrong" and prescribe medication for something completely unrelated. Didn't address or check anything that was brought to their attention AND didn't bother to do any bloodwork to try and figure out the problem. Now we're out $200 with no answers and he's still horribly sick.
