Completely useless facility for my lower extremity pain. They want you to book online (which frankly seems a little ridiculous for an "alleged" urgent care place). So I did book an appointment. The website claims they have X-ray capability. I knew, given my condition, there was a good probability I would need one. When I arrived for my appointment 15 minutes early, I was told they had no one to do X-rays today. If this is indicative of MedExpress's level.of service, I will look for other alternatives in the future.
I'd give a negative # if I could. They have been ignorant, disrespectful, and unhelpful. 2 hours of phone calls and they still won't do their job. Refuse to send a fax it call for a referral. Threatened me if I showed up. 92 year old cant get care because they won't do their job.
Couldn't have been a worse experience. I'm not going back and I suggest no one go there in the first place. No help at all.
Surprisingly no patients were there when I got there. I was called back within 5 minutes of arriving. The NP that drew my blood was wonderful! I didn't feel the needle going in & didn't bruise. I was in & out in about 10 minutes.
