There is nothing Express about med express. No one in the waiting room. Been waiting an hour. The doc came out and had a lengthy conversation in the lobby with someone who showed up after us complaining of chest pain and that they should head to the ER. I understand this but there is still no one here and yet we are still waiting. Can they not take more than a single person at a time?
When offered medication and a prescription, I declined saying I wanted to ask my doctor (who is a specialist in the area) first because of potential risks. She proceeded to say there were risks to the carbonated water I was drinking. Completely unprofessional and rude. Also be prepared to wait an hour even if you have an appointment.
I had a great experience with the Arlington location. I needed a pre- Employment drug screening that was due today. Their system was down for the employees and I was at my 72 hour deadLine . Sabrina was very active on helping me get the test that I needed before my deadline. She was courteous. She was great, she was very helpful. Overall, I have had very positive experiences at prior visits, so I will still give three stars. But today, the wait time was awful. Arrived at 1. Appointment for a potentially broken toe. It didn’t end up being broken but from my arrival time to an X-ray to being told it was just a bad contusion, it took nearly 3 hours. I had to call someone else to pick up my kids from school.
