Staff was fantastic.The doctor fantastic in and out service.That's why I keep going there.
Overall, we had a great experience from check-in to check-out. Lori was very helpful during the check-in process. Gerri was wonderful during triage—she was kind, reassuring, and made my daughter feel comfortable by explaining that everything would be okay. Julia was also excellent; she took the time to walk my daughter through the procedure step by step and continuously reassured her throughout. We truly appreciated the care and compassion from the entire team.
The waiting time was great the receptionist n nurse was very polite and the doctor explained things to me very well that I needed to know.
