I went in tonight and was told they couldn't see me be cause they were booked. There were no vehicles except a few employees and no one in the waiting room. Open 8am-8pm. You can schedule an appt or walk ins. I was a walk in. They turned me away and refused service. What a joke they are. There was literally no one there. I went to this urgent care for flu like symptoms and the sign in and triage process was quick but it took 90 minutes for the doctor to see me and there was literally NO ONE in there. The doctor couldn’t tell me what was wrong and then wouldn’t give me a doctors note for work stating that I was sick for the previous 2 days prior to me going. I called them the next day and asked if they could revise my doctors note and I was told “no”. Don't go there if they are ready to close they turned me away because they "didn't have a doctor" there today.... that feels illegal
Set an appointment at 1030. Still haven't been seen 1117. What's the point for appointments.
Much less crowded than MedStar urgent care down the street. Was seen after reasonable wait as a walk-in and was happy with the care & treatment I received.
