Wasn't the fastest service, but with covid I'm just thankful for what they do. Super nice people here.
Dont bother going close to closing time, they will barely look at you and bum rush you out. My husband went in with an injury, and the doctor never even examined his wound, stood across the room, then ordered xrays. Never seen such detached and uncaring medical service. Thanks for nothing, Dr Elaina!
I cannot emphasize enough how much I love MedExpress. The first time I went there, I was taking my roommate. However, a month later I ended up breaking my own ankle and chose to take an Uber all the way to the other side of town because I love the staff here. The staff is funny easy-going and makes you feel comfortable. I was in a lot of pain and was definitely comforted by their presence. Super quick and awesome, affordable service!
I went earlier today because I thought I might have strep throat. I am asthmatic, so when they asked me if I had a cough, I said not a bad one, just a slight cough due to my asthma. They refused to see me, wouldn't even consider it even after I explained that it was not that kind of cough and I had been tested in June for COVID and came back negative. Thankfully, the Associates and Family Medicine urgent care took me in, and found that it wasn't strep, but a sinus infection. In the future, I will not seek treatment here. You... read more
