My wife took my 2 yr old son there bc he had some chest congestion and had trouble sleeping. After he tested positive for Covid, they basically asked them to leave and didn't give any treatment plan. Bunch of scum bags.
The lady at the front desk with glasses is very rude. Very surprised because this is ran by Atlantic health system.. as soon as I walk in an go to the window to give her my information she says SIT DOWN I WILL CALL YOU WHEN IM READY FOR YOU……ummm not the patient care I’m looking for when my baby is very sick… I would never come back here. If your looking for patient care this is NOT The place to go!
I got turned away due to they only had one provider and they were not taking any more patient's. There were 3 sitting in the wait area. They don't close until 8pm. Not helpful at all.
I scheduled an appointment for my toddler at 3pm... They said this wasn't really an appointment and I'd have to wait at least 1 hour.... With a toddler! Then the receptionist proceeds to prepare a stack of forms.... After I already completed the forms online because they have two systems. What??
Lady at front desk working at the right window at 8:29 am 04/26 has the worst attitude and shouldn't be working with people. She's aggressive rude and doesn't know how to deal with people correctly.
