Please do not waste your time going here. Very unprofessional! The staff at the front desk was not organized.. I called before I came in, to ask some questions. The lady I spoke to told me they do walkins and just hung up the phone on me. When I get there the staff at the front desk was no help.. four hours later when I finally get to see a doctor.. Please we aware that they changed the name of this business to Riverside. You need an "appointment" for covid testing. Website info isn't updated. Hope this helps someone. I went there before 8am, waited 40 minutes to be turned away and given a 6pm "appointment" . I arrived at 5pm to register and was told the "appointment " is really a "reservation ", everyone is basically a walk in. The worst urgent care you would ever go to, I waited for more than 5hrs with my daughter running temperature and they still would not attend to her. Better go elsewhere if you need an urgent care.
