I had the greatest experience I could have had here for what was a tough situation. I was an hour away from home when I slammed my thumb in the car door. One look and I knew I needed stitches…. And I was with my one year-old daughter and in a town I am totally unfamiliar with. After a panicked google search this was the only urgent care open in the area that I was visiting. They are now called Optum
Although the telehealth system is new and has some kinks that both ends have to figure out and longer phone wait times on occasion, I am always appreciative of the ability to get quality care from this location. I’m also impressed by their bedside manor (figuratively speaking when it comes to phone visits) and customer service that a lot of places lack.
Nobody answers the phones!!!
