I have been to my fair share of urgent cares and this one is by far my favorite. I went in today after work and was in and out within 30 minutes or so. All the ladies there that assisted me where absolutely wonderful! The doctor was caring and answered all my questions! I highly recommend this place if you're needing an urgent care! These people care about there job and it shows!
Avoid this place like the plague. My wife went in for an issue and the staff was dismissive, did not even do an examination to verify her condition and completely misdiagnosed her. She ended up going to a specialist who confirmed a pretty major issue. Despite the clinic being completely empty the stuff seemed hurried and annoyed that my wife was there. they were condescending and my wife heard them talking badly about her in the hallway. Honestly had a great experience at this office today. It was empty, clean, professional, friendly and helpful! I left a urgent care closer to my home that was super busy and headed to Med Express, I’m sooo glad I did. I’ll just be going to this urgent care office if needed in the future. Thanks for the good care today.
Didn't have to wait long the medical assistant and Doctor were both great
I can only rate my experience for covid testing. If I could give a 0 star I would. HORRIBLE. I called an asked about covid testing the day prior to showing up to have myself and my 2 sons tested. I was told over the phone testing was free, but when we showed up they tried to charge $300. Its sickening to me that this world cares more about money then the health of people.
