Doctor requested a follow up appointment so went to their website and got a 1:30PM window. Arrived 1:15 and was brought in 1:50, waited in the patient’s room for over 30 minutes but no one showed up. Initial visit was ok but the experience at the follow up appointment was disappointing to say the least. (Lizzo as back ground music when children are present…?)
This is a great office with great people. I saw some old comments here so I'll make it a point to say the waiting area was very nice, indoors, with comfortable chairs and TV for entertainment. The staff was wonderful helping me get into the waiting area (foot injury). Thank you for being open on a Sunday! Large waiting area, plenty of space to spread out. Doctors and nurses are always attentive and prescribe something effective. I drive past 2 other urgent care facilities due to the employees and quality of care here. Highly recommend!
They DO NOT have a waiting area, they DO NOT make an appointment in advance, they leave patients outside waiting, the elderly and children. The care is of very poor quality. and the customer service is rude i will never go back to that place
The information provided is false. Med Express does not have walk in at all. I could not get a test there because they say if you are sick than go to er if you need a test for work or something they refuse. From what i found out they use the Covid as a way to advertise other services and not actually help people with Covid.
