I had a great experience. I am a nurse and knew i was pretty ill, but waiting time in ER has been really long, I made an appt for here on line and waited only about 10 minutes to see nurse. That went well and he was extremely kind. I saw Dr shortly after and knew her from the hospital that we had both worked at. She was quick and thorough and diagnosed me with pneumonia With the treatment she orders in conjunction with myPCP I had improving symptoms in a few days. And the staff was very nice 👍🏻

You are better off going to the ER. The nurse is rude and disgusting. Came in dictating what "should have been done" instead of providing treatment. We opted to go in there instead of the ER due to it not being life threatening issue, but more of a care check. Cheers to you, Sheila Burick. You made us realize that even in a non emergency, the emergency room was a better solution.
