I was apprehensive about my examiner after reading the documents I received prior to my appointment. However, upon meeting her, it was clear she would exceed my expectations. She was thorough and asked the right questions. She allowed me to tell my concerns and didn’t rush the examination. Much different than the examiner at the VA. Kudos to her and the receptionist for making my appointment an excellent experience.

My father, Louis Dean, is a disabled vet, and we were greeted outside in the parking lot - by the Administrative Assistant! She held the door and asked if we were there for MedEvals and we told we were, she was flexible with my father, because he is in a power chair, asked if we wanted water. Very pleasant to work with. We met with NP Ray, and the time she spent with us to learn more about my father and what happened to him, was just beyond words. Med Evals AZ provided quick, timely and first rate medical evaluation on my VA disability claim. Some trouble finding the results now in my VA records - not sure who's at fault here.
