Awful experience. Unprofessional. Had to provide a ridiculous amount of paperwork to be cleared. Once I got the piece of information that was needed from them, there would be something else that was needed. They also tried to charge me $100 extra than the company I have my card and EPC with now. This place sucks.
When I first moved up here I tried to schedule in and was told I needed a ton of medical records because I was under 30. Now there is tons of clinics around town who don’t require that for adults under 30. Not sure why these pretentious people who were so rude on the phone with me need them when no one else does. Seriously threw me off track getting registered by like a year since they lied to me. Every agent and person I spoke to at the office and especially the lady from home! All of you guys have been very helpful and very patient in walking me through the process. Very seamless and easy with the telehealth appointment. I can't recommend these guys enough! If you're looking for a provider who values your health and your time, please give them a call!
I went here a few years back to the location in the springs they made the experience super quick and easy to deal with the staff was super friendly and knowledgeable I will be back to renew with them once again this year...🥳
