We had to bring my father back from Honduras asap. He fell ill and was in ICU in at a hospital in Honduras. We contacted MedEvac Canada to transfer my dad from Honduras to Canada by air ambulance and the service was outstanding 👏 my family and I are so grateful for their fast and reliable service. On November 22, 2024 Vevin, Kusum, and Surkhab of MedEvac Canada drove up from Mississauga, Ontario to my home (3 1/2 hrs. from their office) in order to pickup my elderly mother and transport her to London, Ont. It was an early morning arrival, mom was sleeping, and our family was a bit stressed about moving a 97 year old to a place over 5 hours away. I was stressed about my mom's transport from the hospital home, until Alex walked into her room. He was very compassionate, understanding, reassuring and spoke clearly explaining each step of their journey with my mom. He and his partner Jason were an amazing team who definitely treat each individual as if it was their own family member. They helped to ease my mom's anxiety by making sure she felt safe and secure. Thank you both for making it an amazing return home.
I recently booked a transfer for my mother from her house to EGH and back. The team was absolutely incredible. They were attentive to her needs, careful with how they handled her and professional and courteous from when we first met them until we parted ways. Thanks for everything MedEvac team.
The fellas were so friendly and caring. I had called Voyaguer initially but the dispatcher didn’t know her stuff ….glad I went with MEDEVAC.
