This evening MedEvac came to drive my mom. I’ve never heard of patient transfer before until they walked into the room. They did an amazing job sliding her over lightly, driving, and they were funny with their little jokes, keeping a smile on our faces. We had to bring my father back from Honduras asap. He fell ill and was in ICU in at a hospital in Honduras. On November 22, 2024 Vevin, Kusum, and Surkhab of MedEvac Canada drove up from Mississauga, Ontario to my home (3 1/2 hrs. from their office) in order to pickup my elderly mother and transport her to London, Ont. It was an early morning arrival, mom was sleeping, and our family was a bit stressed about moving a 97 year old to a place over 5 hours away.
