I had an issue from a procedure that was done by a different provider, which is why I decided to see Dr. Ernai for a second opinion, and I’m so glad I did. Even though they were booked out, they made the effort to squeeze me in after I explained my situation, which already showed how much they care about their patients. I had an excellent experience at this aesthetic clinic. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The environment is clean, modern, and very relaxing, which immediately put me at ease. The team is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to explain every step of the process, answering all my questions without making me feel rushed. I really appreciated their honesty and professionalism—they recommended treatments that were right for me instead of pushing unnecessary services.

Dr. Ernai and staff are absolutely amazing, from the front office staff to the treatment team. They work with you to identify your personal goals and establish an individualized treatment plan to assist you in meeting your goals. I have never felt more comfortable in my own body and skin.
