Unfortunately, our experience was frustrating due to poor scheduling and communication. Therapy appointments were often scheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, making it difficult to plan around work and other medical appointments. The biggest issue was communication at discharge. Physical therapy simply stopped coming without any call or final visit, and I was never informed that my husband had been discharged. I only found out after contacting the office myself. Juan and Joseph were excellent! they got me up and moving in what my family said was amazing. they explained everything to me. they were very informative with physical therapy.
I would definitely recommend Irma M. She was phenomenal in my after care. She was supportive, informative, attentive and very genuine. Answered all my questions and made me feel comfortable and capable. Thank you IRMA METRIO for your outstanding dedication and care for me as your client. RUDY was an Amazing Physical Therapist! He cared for me during my many many hip dislocations and revisions! He was very professional, tough but gentle pushing me, but most of all compassionate! He works nearly a year plus straight 2022-2024! Trust me I’ve worked in the medical field and they are above the rest! Nola Jean my Occasional Therapist went above and beyond for me!!! If it wasn’t for both of them I’d probably not be as mobile as I finally am!
