Nichole came over to my sister's rehab center and measured her up there to have the Quick Q 300 mini electric wheelchair custom made to my sister's needs so it would be ready for her upon her discharge from rehab, when she was coming home. Nichole kept us up to date constantly on the progress of the electric wheelchair. This was the Cadillac of electric wheelchairs. On Thursday we were waiting for a motorized wheelchair to be delivered. The next day we were told the tech had a medical emergency, but it would be delivered later Friday evening. The tech, Jim, came at 7:30 pm after spending the day in the hospital because he didn't want to disappoint the patient any longer than necessary. He took time to explain how to operate the chair and made sure there were no questions unanswered.
