Nichole came over to my sister's rehab center and measured her up there to have the Quick Q 300 mini electric wheelchair custom made to my sister's needs so it would be ready for her upon her discharge from rehab, when she was coming home. On Thursday we were waiting for a motorized wheelchair to be delivered. The next day we were told the tech had a medical emergency, but it would be delivered later Friday evening. The tech, Jim, came at 7:30 pm after spending the day in the hospital because he didn't want to disappoint the patient any longer than necessary. He took time to explain how to operate the chair and made sure there were no questions unanswered. Medequipped sells the best powered wheelchair, and their representatives are very courteous, Jim was our technician. He was very sweet and helpful, he even brought a gift for my client, he ensure we understood how to use the wheelchair and if we ever needed assistance he was just a phone call away, which I found to be super reliable when my client (Michael) needed the legs raise. The chair has been a big improvement for his quality of life and independence. I truly recommend Medequipped to anyone.
